On page 61 Section B.4 Statement of Work 1. Basic Requirement, it states:
The analyzers may be placed in a temporary location for validation and need to be moved to a permanent location after they re validated for use. Contractor will be responsible for moving analyzers for this one time move, at no cost to the Government. Â
Can you please provide information on where the temporary location will be and the permanent location?  Will it be the same building, same floor, etc.?
Same room but different counter space. Minimal moving required.
On page 62 Section B.4 Statement of Work 3. Technical Requirements & Salient Characteristics, it states, "m. Primary analyzer must be capable of performing the following tests" and indicates Crossmatch (IS and AHG)
We understand that IS Crossmatch is one of the technical requirements that the primary analyzer 'must be capable of'. We are wondering if you are open to accept other technical solutions that Bio-Rad can offer, such as our IH-500 NEXT which does AHG Crossmatch but does not do IS Crossmatch."
No. It has to have a way to perform ABO compatibility outside of IgG card. Unless you have validation stating your IgG card can detect ABO incompatibility.
