    The Pueblo County Detention Center is one of the few “Triple Crown Accredited facilities nationwide, which
    includes NCCHC, as well as ACA accreditation. Is it the responsibility of successful providers to meet and exceed
    ACA standards and ensure the detention center maintains accreditation, or will this responsibility lie with Pueblo
    County?

    manage, please provide as much detail as possible on how the co-payment program is currently managed.
