NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS - LIST OF QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS FOR ROADWAY LEVELING GRIND SERVICES

The City of Auburn, invites all licensed contractors to submit pertinent information described herein for inclusion in the Department of Public Works list of qualified roadway leveling grind contractors. This list will be maintained by the City in conformance to the Section 22034 of the Public Contracting Code and the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act Procedures and Section 36 of the Auburn Municipal Code. The list will be utilized by the City to mail notices of all informal construction contracts being bid pertaining to roadway leveling grind tasks. Typical work includes roadway grinding, leveling courses, grind and recompact, and asphalt pulverization. To be eligible, all contractors must submit the following:

-          Company Name

-          Address

-          Phone Number

-          Email Address

-          CA Contractor’s License Number

-          Pricing Breakdown for Typical Work Items including mobilization and standard hauling costs
