Macadamia Access Road Repair Project – Phase 1 (East)

This Project includes repair of an existing retaining wall and installation of soldier pile retaining walls to protect a Town sewer main located along an easement access road. The easement access road eroded in several locations during previous winter storms. Key bid items include mobilization, traffic control, water pollution control, clearing and grubbing, temporary construction entrance, structure excavation, structure backfill, hydroseeding, cast-in-drilled-hole piling, steel soldier pile, timber lagging, geocomposite drain, class 2 aggregate base, 4' chain link fence, rock mesh facing, permanent cellular concrete backfill, 18" HDPE downdrain, cable anchorage system, and headwall. These items represent the full range of tasks necessary to repair and stabilize the access road, incorporating environmental protections, structural reinforcements, and drainage solutions.
