Description


A new 5-year maintenance and support contract on two Spectra Logic tape libraries, for the Courts Data Centres located in Edmonton and Calgary. The 5-year contract will include replacement and installation of tape drives as required, SaaS firmware and driver updates, maintenance & associated software support, to ensure the Spectra Logic hardware and software receive up-to-date security patches and priority support services required, with the RFQ bidders restricted to Spectra Logic resellers, as the Services are exclusively for Spectra Logic hardware.
