Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: Alabama

City: Tuscaloosa

Delineated Area: City Limits of Tuscaloosa, AL

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,500 Warehouse

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,575 Warehouse

Minimum Acreage: 0.05 Wareyard

Maximum Acreage: 0.0525 Wareyard

Space Type: Warehouse and wareyard

Parking Spaces (Total): 3 spaces

Full Term: 10 years

Firm Term: 3 years

Option Term: Not required

Roll up door access for vehicle to drive in

Storage of gas-powered equipment Restrooms

Running water

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease IS required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-year”] floodplain).



Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Expressions of Interest should include the following information:



• Building name and address

• Location of space in the building

• Date of availability of space

• ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOA SF) and Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of space

• Estimated full-service rental rate (per ABOA SF or per RSF)

• Floor plans identifying offered space

• Name, address, phone number, and email address of authorized contact.
