The 6 SOAMXS requires the purchase of a laser etching machine capable of precision engraving on a wide range of materials including metals, plastics, and composites. This equipment will support unit-level marking of tools, equipment, plates, and other durable items requiring permanent identification. The system will be expected to remain operational for 10+ years with routine preventative maintenance.

• Dual Source Laser: CO2 60W & Fiber 30W

• Designed for engraving, cutting and marking a wide variety of materials

• Resolution: 75 to 1200 DPI user-adjustable

• Engraving Speed & Acceleration: Up to 165 IPS with 5G acceleration

• Motion & Mechanics: Brushless DC servo motors; X-axis: ground & polished stainless steel bearings, dual blocks for rigidity; advanced belts

• Memory: 1 GB onboard to store jobs; handles large files; continuous job buffer

• Connectivity: Ethernet, USB, Wireless options

• Operator Interface: Touch screen at machine; feature like auto focus, IRIS camera for job positioning and registration

• Minimum expected operational lifespan: 50,000 hrs of laser life

• Power/Electrical: Single phase 110-240 V, USA power adapter

• Weight: Expecting roughly 250 lbs
