NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the DuPage County Police Records
Management System 25-094-IT on or before October 3, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including
specifications, may be obtained by email at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov or at DemandStar. All
Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County, on behalf of multiple law enforcement agencies in the County (collectively “County”), is
issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a multi-agency Police Records Management System (RMS) as
well as associated interfaces.
