Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Marion County, Mississippi,
will receive sealed bids in the Boardroom of the Marion County Board of Supervisors located at 215
Broad Street, Columbia, Mississippi, until the hour of 10:00 o’clock A.M. on July 6, 2026, for the
following, to-wit:
Purchase and installation of Emergency Outdoor Warning Siren
Systems on two (2) sites, in and for Marion County, Mississippi.
The equipment offered shall be according to minimum specifications
therefor in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Marion County,
Mississippi. Specifications are also available through Central
Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.
Bidders choosing to submit electronically are required to contact the
Marion County Board of Supervisors at 601-736-7382 for
information regarding electronic bidding requirements.
The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids
and to waive any and all informalities. The Board of Supervisors
reserves the right to reject any bid offering a brand of equipment
which has proven unsatisfactory to the Board of Supervisors in prior
use.
