Oak Bluffs Annual Fireworks Display, 2025-2027 Contract No. OB2024-12

The Town of Oak Bluffs is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified pyrotechnic firms to perform the Town of Oak Bluffs annual fireworks display in August in 2025, 2026 and 2027. This is a three (3) year contract with two (2) one (1) year options to renew at the sole discretion of the Town.

Year 1, display will be on August 22, 2025. Dates anticipated for the third Friday in August for subsequent years. The twenty-five minute minimum display is to take place on the Oak Bluffs’ water opposite Ocean Park, on Seaview Avenue, with optional seawall displays on Seaview Avenue bulkhead.

Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on Wednesday October 30, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids must be delivered to the Town Administrator's Office, PO Box 1327, 56 School Street, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557.

This project is being bid pursuant to the requirements of MGL Chapter 30B. The Town of Oak Bluffs reserves the right to cancel any Invitation for Bid and /or to reject in whole or in part any and all bids, when it is deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so.
