Snowmobiles

The Purchaser (Environment and Protected Areas) is seeking to purchase Utility Snowmobiles.

Proponents must submit their responses electronically through the designated e-submission portal no later than the Closing Date and Time specified in this posting. Submissions received by any other method, including email, fax, or hard copy delivery, will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the Proponent to ensure that its submission is successfully uploaded and received prior to the closing deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

As part of their submission, Proponents must provide the following documentation:
Technical specification sheets for the proposed snowmobile(s);

A current authorized reseller or dealer authorization letter from the manufacturer;

A warranty statement outlining the manufacturer's warranty coverage for the proposed unit(s);

A Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent proof of legal business registration;

Proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance; and

Proof of Automobile Liability Insurance.

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the submission being deemed non-compliant and receiving no further consideration.
