UPDATE – BID POSTPONEMENTS
The Town of Yarmouth has postponed the following projects previously advertised in the April 23, 2025 issue of the Central Register and Cape Cod Times:
Police Station Carpet Replacement IFB
Police Station Roof Replacement IFB
These projects are being revised due to newly identified scope issues. Bid documents were not made publicly available, and no bids are being accepted at this time.
To maintain compliance with Massachusetts public procurement requirements, both IFBs have been formally canceled. The Town will re-advertise once revised bid documents and schedules are finalized.
