This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** This project consists of replacement of the packaged chiller and associated equipment at the RPC Phase 1 Building at the Elizabethtown Community & Technical College (ECTC) Main Campus. The work generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following: removal of 200-ton chiller, installation of 300-ton chiller, replacement of chilled water pumps, the addition of pump VFDs, and the installation of capped valves for future connection to Occupational Technology Building (OTB) 100. Trades involved include, but are not limited to, the following: demolition, HVAC piping, HVAC insulation, electrical, temperature controls, and building automation system integration.
