Attached is Request for Quotation (RFQ) 9594CS26Q0015, which is the full request for the Psychological Assessment Services at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC.
The requirement is for a contractor to provide evidence-based Clinical Assessments, Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations, and Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations to CSOSA offenders based upon an assessed level of care or a court order for treatment.
