RFB #26-090
Sealed proposals will be received by the County of Wake in the Procurement Services
Department, Room 2900, Wake County Justice Center, 301 S. McDowell Street, Raleigh NC
27601 for providing labor, material and equipment entering into Contracts for Furniture and
Furnishings at the Nomaco Park in Zebulon, NC. This project consists of renovation of
portions of the existing stadium facility. The bid package will be one proposal for general
furniture along with an add alternate for Suite furniture. Sealed bids will be received until 3:00
p.m. on September 23, 2026, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and read.
IF YOU HAND DELIVER YOUR BID OR USE A DELIVERY COURIER SERVICE ALL WILL BE
REQUIRED TO GO THROUGH SECURITY AND METAL DETECTION BEFORE BEING
ALLOWED ACCESS. PLEASE FACTOR THIS INTO YOUR BID DELIVERY PLANS AS NO
EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED AND LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Complete contract documents will be open for inspection in the offices of the Architect
beginning September 4, 2026. Upon receipt of written requests, complete digital format
documents can also be obtained for free. Email requests to ryanmaccrea@ls3p.com.
Requests for interpretation and substitution requests should be made to the Architect by
September 11, 2026. Use the forms included in the project manual. All approvals shall be
included in a final addendum issued to all plan holders no later than September 16, 2026.
No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids.
Wake County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and
irregularities.
