Project Description: Ocean County College, seeks a qualified contractor or contractors to enter a written contract with it ("Contract") to provide grounds and landscape maintenance services. The goals are to enhance the image of a quality institution by maintaining a high standard of care of all grounds, drives, walks, and parking areas, and to provide a safe, functional, efficient, and attractive campus environment for community and student satisfaction.
