Career and Technical Education (CTE) Strategic Planning, Workforce Alignment, and Innovation Center Study

Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified Offeror to provide Jordan School District (JSD) with Career and Technical Education (CTE) strategic planning, workforce alignment, and an Innovation Center study.
Submission Requirement: Offerors must submit proposals both electronically through U3P Bonfire and in hard copy to be considered responsive. Failure to submit through both required methods may result in the proposal being deemed nonresponsive.
Offerors must review the full RFP attachment for all proposal requirements, instructions, evaluation criteria, and other applicable terms and conditions.
This RFP is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Title 63G, Chapter 6a, and applicable provisions of the Utah Administrative Code (UAC). In the event of a conflict between this RFP and applicable Utah law or administrative rule, the applicable law or rule shall govern.
