Request for Proposals for Printing and Mailing Services

Project Description: The City of Milwaukie is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for printing and mailing services of the City’s newsletter and other various printed materials. A complete description of the services requested is provided under Section 3 of this solicitation. The awarded contract will be for a duration of three (3) years and up to $150,000.
