RFQ: Preliminary Engineering Report and Water Line Design - Advertisement

Request for Qualifications
Proposals will be received by the City of Monroe at the Water Resources Building
at 2:00 PM (EST) on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, after which time they will be opened,
read, and evaluated for the following:
City of Monroe Water Resources - Preliminary Engineering Report and Water Line
Design
Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
The City of Monroe is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced
engineering firms to perform a preliminary engineering report for water and sewer
service to the City owned parcel 09180064A. The City is also soliciting Statements
of Qualifications from experienced engineering firms to perform a detailed
engineering design and specifications for a water line extension to the site.
The RFQ requirements for proposals are available on the City's website:

Questions must be submitted formally by Tuesday, June 9, 2026. We will respond
to all interested responders that have notified per the RFQ requirements.
Proposals shall be marked "Qualifications for City of Monroe Water Resources -
PER and Water Line Design". Responders shall mail or hand deliver their
Qualifications proposals to the following:
