Project Description: To provide the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation with an adhesive type pavement patch for State roads. Pavement Patch must meet the following minimum requirements: Maintain a water proof seal when applied, have a bituminous adhesive for use on asphalt or concrete, tensile strength: 50kN/m fiberglass reinforcement, nominal thickness: 0.18 inches, 39.37 inches x 21 feet per roll.

American Road Patch Part Number FGE25076 or approved equal.

General Comments

This is an as-needed contract to provide adhesive type payment patch which could be less or more than the estimated amount. The actual amount needed will be dependent upon the needs to maintain our State roads.

Bidder/Contractor shall be able to deliver specified order within 2-3 days business days for the start of the contract date.
