The 355th Contracting Squadron is seeking interested sources capable of providing specialized aerospace coatings and sealants to support the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG). This requirement includes the secure, compliant, on-time delivery of aerospace coatings and sealants many of which contain change of custody limitations.
All aerospace coating and sealant products will conform to the Military Specifications (MIL-SPEC) and Technical Orders (T.O.) required to support the workloads performed by AMARG. The contractor will utilize best commercial practices, documentation, and industry standards. Specific products and associated NSNs are indentified on Attachment 2 - Product List.
Interested vendors capable of supporting this requirement should submit a capabilites statement no more than 5 pages in length to the Contracting Officer. The statement should confirm ability to provide the listed products on a recoccurring basis with on-time delivery expected at least every 30 Days. The response should identify efforts to support Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery with no constraints.
