The County of Westchester (the "County"), acting by and through the Westchester Educational Opportunity Center of Westchester Community College ("WEOC"), invites proposals from qualified instructors to provide asbestos handler training as required by NYS Department of Labor to obtain a NYS Asbestos Handler Certification for referred students enrolled at WEOC.
