NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY –  - Solicitation #F2024123/CONS-POLEBARNS/2425

The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2 nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:

SCOPE: The City’s objective is to contract with a qualified, competent, experienced and State of Florida licensed/certified Contractor to provide the design, engineering, permitting, materials and installation to replace one (1) storage pole barn and one (1) pole barn style canopy that will cover aggregate storage bins.  This Solicitation is a rebid of #F2024104/SVC-POLEBARN/2425.

This contract and issued services/commodities will be in full accordance with Federal Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR 200.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION:  State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC), or Certified Building Contractor (CBC), or Registered General Contractor (RG), or Registered Building Contractor (RB) are required to perform services for this project.

Solicitation Package Protest deadline:  July 16, 2025 at 3:00 PM ET

NON-Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference:  July 22, 2025at10:00 AM ETat Procurement Conference Room, 126 Harvey St – 2 nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL.

Mandatory Site Visit Schedule: Site visits are Mandatory. Site visits must be scheduled by appointment only.  Appointments may only be scheduled from July 17, 2025 through July 24, 2025, between 8:00 AM ET and 2:00 PM ET, (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Please contact the Utilities Department at (941) 575-3339 to schedule the site visit. (The City will not conduct visits outside of this schedule.)

Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline:  July 25, 2025 at 3:00 PM ET

Submittal due date and time:  August 1, 2025at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda. Submittal packages will be opened in public at 126 Harvey Street, 2 nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL.
