Summary Details
The City of Port Alberni invites detailed Proposals from qualified collection agencies for the provision of professional services to assist the City in the collection and debt recovery of its unpaid Bylaw Offence Notice Fines. The City is seeking innovative ways to minimize the non-payment of customer accounts as well as to minimize the number of accounts being sent to collections. Proponents are encouraged to provide Proposals which could include limiting the length of time accounts are held by the agency and/or providing secondary resources of collections.
