Project Description: This project shall include the construction of the TROUBLESOME CREEK WWTP EXPANSION TO 0.55 MGD.  The project scope includes furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor and means of con­struc­tion necessary for the expansion of the Troublesome Creek WWTP to 550,000 gallons per day. Community Services L.L.L.P. owns the plant. Significant components of the wastewater treatment plant’s construction include the following:

  1. New aerobic digester (Digester No. 3) complete with equipment and controls.
  2. Associated civil site, process mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work.
  3. Removal and replacement of telescoping valves in Digesters No. 1 and No. 2.
  4. Addition of an outer ring and associated equipment to the Orbal aeration basin.
  5. Removal and replacement of one submersible return activated sludge pump.
  6. Removal and replacement of reject butterfly valve and actuator.
  7. Orbal BNR control panel and new system program.
  8. All electrical and instrumentation including SCADA.
  9. Commissioning and testing.
