Description
The Industrial Research Assistance Program of the National Research Council Canada (NRC-IRAP) requires the services of one Project Administrator, Level 2 for a period of for a period of 2-year (with 3 optional years) to support the NRC-IRAP Program Expertise, namely the Data, Analytics & Reporting (DA&R) team.
They will work with a diverse group of highly talented people within NRC-IRAP and a cross-functional team to influence the future direction, continuous innovation, and improvement of our programs. They must thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and creativity.
The Project Administrator will support the Data, Analytics & Reporting (DA&R) team to:
• Maintain and prepare operational and strategic reports related to the management and performance of NRC-IRAP programs.
• Collect, analyze and report on service quality assessment data.
• Document processes to support improvement of business practices and tools.
• Ensure compliance to Reporting, Open Data, Service, Performance Management policies and to Privacy and Access to Information Act.
• Conduct analysis to support program implementation and development as well as advice on program development and management.
• Support decision making through accurate and meaningful analysis and reporting.
• Analyze and interpret data in order to identify trends and present findings.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Support and execute operational and strategic initiatives of DA&R team programs.
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/06/02.
