ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The City of Toccoa Natural Gas Department is pleased to announce that we are accepting bid proposals
for three (3) natural gas pipeline replacement projects on Broad Street, Big A Road, and Davis Avenue.
There will be a pre-bid meeting at 9:00 AM on August 11, 2026 at City Hall at the second floor utility
service office. Bids must be marked: ATTN Harry Scott, Natural Gas System Replacement Program and
MUST be received or turned into City Hall at 92 N. Alexander Street Toccoa, GA. By 12:00 NOON on August
27th, 2026, and will be opened in the City Manager's Conference room at 3:00 PM on August 27th, 2026.
Funding for this project is provided by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration
(PHMSA) 2024 Natural Gas Distribution Infrastructure Safety and Modernization (NGDISM) Grant. Bid and
Performance Bonds are required for all bidders and are included in Section 2 of the Bid Package.
