B1-B Intake & Exhaust Plugs - Solicitation

Dyess AFB has a requirement for Foam Intake/Exhaust Plugs, Inflatable Intake/Exhasut Plugs, and pumps for B1-B aircraft..

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Deadline for Questions: Any clarifications need for this solicitation shall be sent NLT 21 August 2026 16:00 (CDT),

Deadline for Quotes: All quotes pertaining to this solicitation shall be sent to the email addresses:

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: Submit signed and dated offers to the email specified in this solicitation at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation. E-mail is the required method for offeror’s submission.

1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*)

2. Technical Specifications document IAW Salient characteristics listed.

3. A delivery period must be stated on Page 2 of this RFQ (or contractor equivalent*).

* The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information from Page 2 must be included in your offer.
