NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8486-249625/A dated 19/12/2024 with a closing of 28/01/2025 at 2:00p.m. EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for Repair and Overhaul (R&O) of Heavy trailers to carry out all necessary processes required to return the items to a fully serviceable condition. The work includes: inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment when requested, and as described in the Task Authorization (DND 626).
The work under this requirement will be carried out for a three (3) year period from the effective date of contract award, with an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional option periods of one (1) year under the same terms and conditions.
The work under this requirement will be completed on an “as and when requested basis” under DND 626 Task Authorization forms.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Debriefings:
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person
