Description
Douglas County (¿Owner¿ or the ¿County¿) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit commercial and technical proposals (¿Proposals¿) from bidders (¿Respondents¿) for the site contractor to construct a new fence at the DOT Maintenance Complex located at 8251 Chicago Avenue and at the Public Works Transfer Station Complex located at 1730 County Services Road , (the ¿Project¿). Capitalized terms in this RFP, if not defined here, are defined in the Agreement (defined below) for the Project. Refer to the included bidding documents and contract documents for the full project scope.
