Holder Park Construction Project

The City of Cairo is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a new restroom facility and pavilion at Holder Park. The work includes, but is not limited to: concrete slab foundations, masonry block walls, engineered trusses, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and all associated labor, materials, and equipment necessary for a complete and functional structure. Sealed bids must be clearly labeled ¿HOLDER PARK CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ¿ SEALED BID¿ and delivered no later than 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 4, 2025 to City Hall, City Manager¿s Office, Attn: Booker T. Gainor IV, 119 North Broad Street, Cairo, GA 39828. Proposals received after the date and time will not be considered. We reserve the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the proposal process.
