Hays CISD is requesting proposals for RFP #18-112402WC Grease Trap Services. Proposals will be accepted until 12-06-2024 @ 2:00 P.M. CST (local time). The attached specifications are also available in the HCISD Purchasing Office (512-268-2141 ext. 46025) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.Proposal responses must be emailed to Wendy.Cordero@hayscisd.net , by the date and time indicated above. Please note that Hays CISD Offices will be closed November 25-29 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Late proposals will be rejected. The HCISD Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and waive all formalities in the bid process.
