The ICM Plus program is delivered by community-based providers to juveniles on probation as part of Enhanced Intensive Community Monitoring (EICM). EICM is the highest level of alternative to detention (ATD) programming for high-risk youth which involves a higher level of contact and services, to ensure compliance the conditions of ICM, such as appearance at all court hearings and not re-offending during the pendency of their petition in court. For the first 60 days, juvenile probation clients receive services from their Probation Officer, and are transitioned to the ICM Plus program provider thereafter.
