The purpose of this solicitation for Blacks Ford Water Reclamation Facility to Veterans Parkway Reclaimed Water Main Project (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide construction services to install new and connect existing reclamation water main pipes in St. John’s County within JEA’s service territory as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
