  • Synopsis
    MoDOT seeks a qualified bidder to construct a Maintenance/Mechanics Building 132’ wide x 55’ deep x 18’ 5” eave height pre-engineered metal structure with insulation. Included are concrete floor, aprons, finished office space, ADA rest rooms, mezzanine, MEP, and engineered site prep and finish grading. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Pre-bid attendance is required on June 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM for bids to be accepted.
