Description
This is not a Presolicitation or Solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought notice only. Submission will NOT be evaluated for award of a contract but strictly for market research purposes.

The intent of this sources sought notice is to gain market knowledge of potential small business sources and their size classifications; HUBZone, 8(a), Small Disadvantage Business, Woman Owned Business, Veteran Owned Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business relative to NAICS Code 621399, Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners, with a small business size standard not to exceed $10,000,000.00 gross annual receipts.

Responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate determinations about potential sources only. It is the responsibility of the interested source to demonstrate to the government that the interested parties can provide the supplies/services that fulfill the required specifications mentioned within the Performance Work Statement. No solicitation is currently available at this time.

After review of the responses to this sources sought announcement a synopsis and/or solicitation announcement may be published at a later time.

Responses to this notice shall include company name, address, point of contact, size of business pursuant to North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS), a capability statement and must respond to the following questions:

Please indicate the size status and representations of your business, such as but not limited to: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Hubzone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Large Business, etc.)?

Is your company considered small under the NAICS code identified under this RFI?
If you are a large business, do you have any authorized distributors? If so, please provide their company name, telephone, point of Contact and size status (if available).
If you intend to subcontract any work on this contract, what portion of the total cost will be self-performed/will be performed by your organization? Please provide estimated detailed percentage breakdowns related to subcontracted work and completion of job.
Please submit your capabilities regarding the Services required within the attached Performance Work Statement. Also include any relevant experience if desired.
Please review performance of work (if applicable) and provide feedback or suggestions. If none, please reply as N/A.
The contractor shall provide Cardiac/Liver Perfusion Services on site in accordance with the terms and conditions contained within the Performance Work Statement to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), l at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240.

This is not request for proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. No solicitation is currently available.
A brief description of services needed is attached to this notice.
