Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors for the Gwinnett County Traffic Signals Project for the Department of Transportation.
Bids will be publicly opened and read at 3:00 P.M. Attendance for the opening is optional and will be VIRUTAL ONLY.
