Two Mandatory pre-bid site visits will be held on April 28, 2026, and April 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Meet at the main office of Verde Elementary School, located at 2000 Giaramita Street, Richmond, CA 94801. All prospective Bidders are required to sign in. Failure to attend at least one pre-bid site visit or tardiness will render the bid ineligible.
