RFP 25.152 - Bus Speed and Reliability Project

This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by BC Transit to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for BC Transit’s Bus Speed and Reliability Project as further described in Sections A, B, and C of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B - the “Deliverables”). BC Transit is seeking a consultant with experience in transit and roadway speed analytics to help measure and explain how traffic congestion affects bus service within the Victoria Regional Transit System.?The selected consultant will design an analytical framework, identify key congestion points, assess bottlenecks, and produce clear findings that support operational planning and discussions with municipal and provincial partners. The work will include developing an analysis that combines data, visuals, and insights, along with recommendations for where targeted interventions would have the greatest benefit.
