MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the National Conventions Division (NCD) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to Freeman Decorating Co. from 04 OCTOBER 2025 – 07 OCTOBER 2025 for the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Clinical Congress 2025 Conference at the McCormick Place Convention Center, 2301 S. Indiana Avenue, Chicago, IL 60616

This sole source award to Freeman Decorating Co. is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.106-1(b) – soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available.
