Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - Ceremonial Overcoats

NOTICE OF INTENT

The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Coregami, INC. (cage code: 9TAQ3), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and DAFI 35-110, Chapter 8 Performance Uniforms. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, the Contracting Officer (CO) may solicit from one source if the CO determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name or industrial mobilization). This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities for fulfilling this requirement. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities for fulfilling this requirement. Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement for specifications.
