The Housing Authority of the City of Willimantic (HACW) is seeking sealed bids for the project entitled Kitchen Upgrades Phase II at John Ashton Towers. Bid Opening date is September 3, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Housing Authority of the City of Willimantic, 49 West Avenue, Willimantic, CT 06226. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk thru will be held on August 17, 2026 at 2:00 pm at 621 Valley Street, Willimantic CT. Contract documents including plans & specifications can be viewed online and purchased from Advanced Reprographics’ website.
