Invitation to Bid- HACW Kitchen Upgrades Phase II
The Housing Authority of the City of Willimantic (HACW) is seeking sealed bids for the project entitled Kitchen Upgrades Phase II at John Ashton Towers. Bid Opening date is September 3, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Housing Authority of the City of Willimantic, 49 West Avenue, Willimantic, CT 06226. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk thru will be held on August 17, 2026 at 2:00 pm at 621 Valley Street, Willimantic CT. Contract documents including plans & specifications can be viewed online and purchased from Advanced Reprographics’ website. Visit www.advancedplanroom.com and select the project entitled KITCHEN UPGRADES PHASE II at JOHN ASHTON TOWERS for the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WILLIMANTIC, beginning on August 10, 2026. 5% Bid Security (Over $25K ONLY) and 100% Performance/Payment Bonds (Over $100K ONLY) are required.
