REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
McCARTNEY RD IMPROVEMENTS FROM TREKELL TO I-10
The City of Casa Grande requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional
engineering and surveying services related to the roadway improvements along
McCartney Rd from Trekell to I-10 in the City of Casa Grande, AZ.
Each response shall be per the SOQ instructions and scope of work package on file with
the City Clerk at City Hall, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122.
Copies can be obtained by calling the City 'Clerk's Office (520) 421-8600 or downloading
a complete packet at the 'City's website: www.casagrandeaz.gov.
All responses must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. local time on June 2, 2026, to the City
Clerk, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122. The responses will
be evaluated in accordance with Section Five (5) of the SOQ.

this Statement of Qualifications solicitation, or to reject any or all responses; to be the
sole judge of the suitability of the services and materials offered, and to award a contract
for the furnishing of the services it deems to be in the best interest of the City.
