The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Navajo Sanitation Inc., for follow-on to provide refuse pickup service for Jeehdeez¿a Elementary School (JES) located in Arizona, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
