USD 332 Cunningham is inviting Bids for the Work involving a major remodel and expansion for the Mulitpurpose Gymnasium Addition project in Cunningham, KS as designated in the Bid Documents.

BG Consultants Project No. 25-1325

BG Consultants will receive bids on behalf of the USD 332 Cunningham for a Contract for the Project. Qualified

General Contractors may submit as the General Contractor for this Work.

Bidding Documents may be examined and obtained online, on or after Tuesday, April 14, 2026 , via the Drexel Technologies, Inc. Planroom, https://projectbids.drexeltech.com/ . Bidding Documents may also be examined upon request at BG Consultants, Inc., located at 4806 Vue du Lac Pl., Manhattan, KS 66503. Requests shall be made to Grant Urban, Project Architect, (785) 320-2660.

Bids will be accepted by the following methods: 1) submitted in a sealed envelope delivered to USD 332 Cunningham District Office, located at 104 W 4th Street, Cunningham, KS 67035 by Monday, May 11, 2026 by 5:00pm. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Electronic bids will not be accepted.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by BG Consultants on Monday, May 11th, 2026 at 5:10pm, at 104 W 4th Street, Cunningham, KS 67035.

All Bidders are subject to and must comply with applicable state and federal anti-discrimination laws.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 3:00pm, located at 104 W 4th Street, Cunningham, KS 67035, immediately followed by a tour of the project scope areas.

No allowances shall be made to bidders for negligence for not visiting the site.

Bids shall not contain any recapitulation of the work to be done. No oral, telegraphic, or telephonic proposals or modification will be considered.
