Project Description: The Count of Carbon will receive public bids via the PennBid Program until 10:30am, prevailing time, on August 7, 2025 at which time bids will be opened with results displayed publicly on PennBid. No hardcopy or hand delivered submissions will be accepted.
The project known as “Lehighton American Legion Post 314 Parking Lot Reconstruction” is a project to reconstruct the parking lot at the Lehighton American Legion Post 314 located in Lehighton, Pennsylvania.
Complete contract documents for the described project are available at no cost via the PennBid program (www.pennbid.net) beginning July 14, 2025.
Bids will be opened at the Commissioners Meeting held on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 10:30AM prevailing time via the PennBid Program.
The award will be made, usually within thirty (30) days, to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder submitting at bid in the conformity with the specification. However, the County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
