Quote submission instructions
The City requests a written quote to perform the attached scope of work. Submit the completed pricing form and supporting information by the stated deadline using the submission method above. Direct questions to the listed Purchasing contact by the questions deadline. • Provide the firm’s legal name, contact information, designated project lead, proposed team, and relevant event marketing experience and references. • Describe the proposed approach, availability, approximately 20 hours per week of service through event day, and ability to deliver the initial assessment within 72 hours after authorization. • Identify proposed creative asset quantities and formats, available audience resources, reporting methods, and any exceptions to the scope. • State the total professional fee, included services, proposed payment terms, and all exclusions. Itemize proposed third-party costs separately; identify estimates and assumptions.
Services may begin only after the City issues written authorization to proceed and any required agreement and purchase order. Submission of a quote does not authorize work or expenditures. |
