The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed bids from interested vendors (Bidder) to perform repairs to the Cityâs Elizabeth Street Parking Deck (Project), as detailed in the attached construction drawings.The project entails removing identified portions of the second-floor concrete deck, installing joint sealing materials, and placing new concrete in repaired areas.Contractor shall complete the work no later than October 2, 2026.
