The AMXG Group is requesting utilization of funds for the purchase of Portable AC Units. The requested equipment Salient characteristics are outlined below:
Ten (10) each Portable Air Conditioner units.
• Shall be a Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) item.
• 60,000 BTU cooling output.
• Electrical components accessible to attach power cord.
• Compatible with 3 phase power supply.
• Voltage rating for minimum 208V and maximum 220V.
• Amperage rated for a 30amp circuit breaker.
• Maximum Weight 600lbs.
• Evaporator airflow of 1940 CFM.
• Condensate pump included.
• Two cold air nozzles minimum 7” diameter.
• Accessible temperature control panel on exterior of the unit.
• Control panel includes functions for power(on/off), set temperature adjustment, mode changes, off timer, and LED display for self‐diagnosed unit operating conditions (i.e. errors & warnings).
Easy‐access washable filter for easy maintenance.
• 68‐113°F operating range.
• 16" flared exhaust.
• Up to 2.9 gallon/hour moisture removal rate.
• Dimensions Max.: 30”Wide x 56”Deep x 59”High.
• Includes forklift pockets on unit.
• Unit includes 4 casters with brakes.
• Standard Warranty.
• Item fully assembled upon delivery.
• Contractor responsible for offloading units.
• Delivery includes all relevant user manuals, spec sheets, instructions, warranty documents, and safety guides.
A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.
Estimated Period of Performance: 90 days ARO
This is a small business set-aside
